How do I connect my social media accounts?

Navigate to the Integrations page from your dashboard. Click on the social platform you want to connect (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and follow the authorization prompts. Your accounts will be securely connected and ready to use.

What is Brand Voice and how does it work?

Brand Voice is our AI-powered feature that analyzes your website or existing content to understand your unique brand tone, style, and messaging. Once extracted, it helps generate content that matches your brand's personality.

How do I generate content with AI?

Go to the Content Studio from your dashboard. Select your brand voice, choose a content type or template, and describe what you want to create. Our AI will generate on-brand content that you can edit and post directly to your connected accounts.

Can I manage multiple brands?

Yes! BrandBeacon is built for multi-brand management. You can create multiple brands, each with their own brand voice, stylesheets, social connections, and content. Switch between brands using the dropdown in the sidebar.

How do I schedule posts?

After creating content in the Content Studio, you can choose to post immediately or schedule it for later. Use the Calendar view to see all your scheduled posts and manage your content calendar.

What is the Media Kit feature?

The Media Kit generates brand assets like app icons, social media banners, and OG images based on your brand style. It uses AI to create consistent visual assets that match your brand colors and aesthetic.

Account Management

How do I delete my account?

To delete your BrandBeacon account and all associated data:

  1. Sign in to your BrandBeacon account
  2. Go to Settings from the dashboard
  3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion

Alternatively, you can email support@brandbeacon.dev with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 48 hours.

How do I disconnect a social media account?

Go to Integrations from your dashboard and click the "Disconnect" button next to the account you want to remove. Your data from that platform will no longer be accessible to BrandBeacon.

How do I export my data?

Contact us at support@brandbeacon.dev with the subject "Data Export Request" and we will provide an export of your data within 5 business days.

Troubleshooting

My social account connection failed

Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account. Ensure you have granted all requested permissions. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and try again, or contact support.

Posts aren't publishing

Check that your social account is still connected and the token hasn't expired. Go to Integrations to verify your connection status. Also ensure the content meets the platform's requirements (character limits, image formats, etc.).

AI content generation is slow or failing

AI content generation typically takes 10-30 seconds. If it's taking longer or failing, try refreshing the page and attempting again. During peak times, generation may take slightly longer.

Mobile App

BrandBeacon is available on iOS and Android. The mobile app allows you to:

  • View and manage your content calendar
  • Create and schedule posts on the go
  • Monitor your social media performance
  • Receive notifications for scheduled posts

For mobile-specific issues, please include your device type and app version when contacting support.
